combine many google sheets in one formula

we have 20 employee and I want to share with each of them a google sheet where they can keep there time sheet of how many house they worked then I the supervisor to have 1 google sheet that will autotecly collect all the data from all 20 employee into one big google sheet that will show me each employee how many hours he put in. i m open for another way of doing this task
