cobinations between the numbers from 1-6

We need a program or Application for PC which to give all of the possible five digits cobination between the numbers from 1-6 and to be able to remove the cobination after we use them once. It is very important to have the ability for automatic genration of a cobination where the numbers shouldn`t be closed. For example if the first combination is: 11111 and the next one should be 11113 it should have minimum 2 number differance in 1 of the possitions betwwen differant combinations.
