To categories my products

My website offers a wide range of products, including both physical and digital offerings. I need help to categorize these items as I have more than 100 to organize. The current categories I have are not comprehensive enough to cover all my products, so I'd like some help creating new ones as well. If you have experience with organizing digital and physical products, I’d love to hear from you!
