article submission

i will supply you with articles and the links it needs to be submitted. you will need to create an email and supply username, pwd, email address that you've used to submit. there are about 22 directories to submit too. All the work needs to be done manually. the hyperlinks are already there in the articles along with the right anchor text. the work needs to be done in one day or two. i need an excel file at the end of the project with live links, anchor text and logins etc.
