Accountant for Accounting Product Testing

We are looking for an experienced accountant to work closely with our product team for thorough testing of our accounting platform. The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of accounting workflows and extensive hands-on experience with Zoho Books. Your insights will play a key role in improving the accuracy, usability, and reliability of our platform.

Responsibilities

Test all accounting modules of our platform end-to-end (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Banking, Tax, Payments, Reports).

Validate real-life accounting workflows, edge cases, and compliance scenarios.

Compare functionalities with Zoho Books and highlight gaps, improvements, or missing features.

Perform data entry simulations: invoices, expenses, credit notes, journals, bank entries, reconciliations, etc.

Evaluate GST flows, TDS, multi-branch, and multi-currency entries (if applicable).

Identify bugs, inconsistencies, or calculation errors with accurate reporting to the QA/Product team.

Provide suggestions to improve user experience, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

Prepare detailed reports of findings with examples and screenshots.
