Zoho Books Data Migration Setup

I’ve recently opened a Zoho Books account and need expense data inputted. My main priority is importing all historical financial transactions from Home Depot into Zoho Books and making sure every figure reconciles perfectly.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Prepare Zoho Books for the import (chart-of-accounts mapping, tax codes, opening balances).
• Clean and convert the raw export from my existing platform into Zoho-friendly CSV files.
• Import every financial transaction—sales, expenses, journal entries, payments—and verify they post to the correct accounts and periods.
• Spot-check totals against the legacy system so we can confirm the migration is 100 % accurate.

I have the data exports ready and can provide read-only access to the old system if needed. Please let me know your migration approach, any tools or scripts you prefer, and an estimate of how long the whole process will take.
