Zillow Owner Outreach at scale for Lead Generation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hi there - please read carefully. I need someone help mass message rental owners on Zillow at scale.
What you need to do is:
1. Find listings that say "For rent by owner" like this https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/7916-Quill-Gordon-Ave-Las-Vegas-NV-89149/6897956_zpid/
2. Start an application and click, "message"
3. Then we want you to leave a sales message that says something like "Hey we can help lease out your property for $700"
4. Then they would reply and you'd have to chat with them to their phone number but not tell them our company name so that Zillow doesn't know who we are.
5. You will have to have many accounts doing this that look like real tenants so you don't draw suspicion. Like probably managing 30 accounts at once at least.
The most important thing is to avoid getting caught/suspected by Zillow. I'd love to be doing 1000 or more new messages a day
