Workshop Strip-Down Assessment Template

I’m looking for a clean, professional Microsoft Word template that can be sent to our customer as a "job book". This job book needs to include the quote, a copy of the customer PO, assembly check list, machining inspections, reports and disotach notes. My workshop team will also need to use this to enter the data time we perform.The document has to guide technicians step-by-step while capturing everything we need in one place. We all ready have an example that we have used in the past but would like to make this more user freindly - ie uploading photos into the document which size automatically.

Core content I want built in:
• Technical specifications – a table for make, model, serial number and key specs.
• Photos – clearly marked image placeholders that accept drag-and-drop pictures without breaking the layout.
• Quote section – pre-formatted pricing table with totals that auto-update when new rows are added.
• Strip-down assessment notes – a spacious, lined area with optional tick boxes for common findings.

Design expectations:
• Branded header and footer (logo and contact details supplied after award).
• Consistent paragraph styles so anyone can add text without wrecking formatting.
• Logical page breaks and a contents block that updates automatically.
• All fields and tables sized for easy printing on A4 as well as onscreen use.

Deliverables:
1. Editable .docx template ready for immediate use.
2. A brief one-page user guide explaining how to add photos, extend tables and update totals.
3. Up to two rounds of tweaks so the final file suits our workflow perfectly.
