Wordpress admin copy/paste for products

I have a woocommerce site that had a synchronized products with a shopify site. The woocommerce site is multilingual (in English and French). English products have syncronized properly - now I need to sync manually all the French translations. There are approximately 500 products to manually copy/paste.

I will create a user account on the woocommerce site and the shopify site is public.
