MS Word & Excel Formatting

I have a short MS Word document and a companion Excel sheet that both need a clean, professional finish.
In Word I only need text-level adjustments—specifically, every paragraph must follow one clear alignment scheme with consistent line- and paragraph-spacing throughout the file. No tables or layout redesigns are involved, just tidy, uniform spacing and indentation so the document looks cohesive from start to finish.
In Excel the task is limited to cell formatting. Fonts, sizes, borders, number formats and cell colours should be standardised so the sheet reads easily and prints neatly. Formulas, data restructuring or pivots are not required.
Deliverables
• Updated Word file with uniform paragraph alignment and spacing.
• Reformatted Excel workbook with consistent cell styles ready to print or share.
Once both files open without any visible inconsistencies I will consider the job complete and release the milestone.
