I have a collection of digital Word documents that need to be transferred accurately into the format I will provide once we start. Every piece of text must be captured exactly as it appears—names, addresses, descriptions, everything—so attention to detail and solid proofreading habits are essential.

You will receive the files in a single zipped folder, along with simple numbered instructions that show where each section of text belongs in the destination template. I’m flexible on whether you prefer Excel, Google Sheets, or a shared database form; just let me know your usual workflow so I can set up the final container to match.

Accuracy is the priority. Please double-check for typos, stray spaces, or missed lines before sending the completed file back. If any wording looks unclear in the source, flag it rather than guessing. A clean, ready-to-use dataset is the only deliverable I need.
