I need a 20-page Word document reformatted to match the style of pages 1-2. Some pages have become misaligned and need realignment.
Requirements:
- Match formatting of pages as on pages 1-2 - the green top section should be on top of each page
- Add table of contents, page numbers, headers, and footers, delete empty spaces
