Woocommerce 250 Products Upload and categorization.

Hello!
Job is simple:
We have a folder divided in categories
Each folder has images and the name of the product as the name of the images, including the SKU.
We need:
1. To make the categories with the proper name
2. To upload the products and its name in the proper category, and add SKU
3. To make sure that Only the products in the folder are the ones active
Website already has about 100 products active but they are in the wrong category name, so we could change the category name for those.
Also the website has about 500 products some of them may be uploaded already so the work load might be less.
At the end, we just expect that the products in the folder are the one actives, that they have the SKU , Name, Category in the proper place.
We only care to have active the products on this folder.
Do not delete any products there but you can delete the categories and just make the new ones based on the folder.
