WooCommerce Product Upload & SEO it
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m expanding my WooCommerce catalogue and need a detail-oriented freelancer to handle the full product-entry workflow for a mix of simple and variable items. Variable listings rely on the Color attribute only; I will supply a spreadsheet that lays out every colour variation, SKU and price so you can copy-paste without guesswork.
You will receive:
• WordPress admin access with WooCommerce ready to go
• A neatly organised folder of product images
• A small pilot batch flagged for review before you tackle the rest, ensuring we’re perfectly aligned on style and accuracy
Your tasks include:
1. Add each product, configure its colour variations, and verify stock, pricing and SKU data exactly as provided.
2. Optimise SEO fields through Rank Math in line with the store’s existing tone—compelling titles, clear meta descriptions and keyword-rich alt text. (If you prefer Yoast SEO, I’m happy to switch.)
3. Perform light image work in Photoshop or an equivalent tool so every thumbnail looks uniform and professional, then upload the optimised files.
4. Double-check front-end rendering and back-end data before marking the batch complete.
Acceptance criteria:
• All products and colour variations display correctly in both catalogue and single-product views.
• SEO fields pass Rank Math’s basic green-signal checks and match the store’s current style guidelines.
• Thumbnails are consistent in size and free of obvious artefacts.
• The pilot batch is approved before bulk entry continues.
If you are meticulous with data, comfortable navigating WordPress, and quick with minor Photoshop tweaks, this should be a smooth, repeatable job. I look forward to collaborating and growing the store together.
