WooCommerce Digital Product Upload Assistant

I run a WordPress store that sells digital products and I’m looking for reliable help keeping the catalogue up to date. The immediate task is to clean out several outdated items—removing their listings, thumbnails, descriptions, prices, and any other remnants—then upload a fresh batch of digital products I will supply.

You will receive a folder with ready-to-use images plus a spreadsheet containing each new item’s SKU, description, price, and stock quantity. Using the WooCommerce dashboard, I need every listing created, formatted consistently, and double-checked so the storefront remains tidy and professional. Because the products are downloads rather than physical goods, please be familiar with WooCommerce’s digital-file settings to ensure each item is flagged correctly.

To succeed you should already be comfortable navigating WordPress, adding products in WooCommerce, and spotting small formatting issues before they go live. Accuracy is more important than speed; once this first batch is complete there is scope for ongoing product maintenance as new releases roll out.

Deliverables for this phase
