Winery Production Tracking Sheet
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a Google Sheets setup to meticulously track winery production. This is esentially a mini Vintrace in Google Sheets:
I want:
Intake → ferment → press → tank → barrel → blend → finished wine
Full lot genealogy tracking
Additives tracked through to final blend
% composition (e.g. 90/6/4 blends)
Daily ferment logs (Baume, temp)
Vessel tracking
Volume tracking at every step
Need to track what is in the blend; e.g. it might be 90% Shiraz (from batch 26KSW1 and 5% Shiraz from batch 26KSA30 and 5% Mataro from batch 26KMA).
Also each batch has different additives. Need to track these too.
I am looking for a full commercial winery production software to record everything.
Currently using manual sheets. See attached.
So essentially want similar type format but in sheets, but all data is entered into sheets.
In attached example The Batch goes from Vineyard Intake #7 (26KT), then to Ferment_26KT, then to Maturation_26KT.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Experience with data tracking and analysis
- Attention to detail
