Wine Listing On Website - Detailed Admin

I need someone that can help collate detailed information about wines and upload them to our website. It is imperative that the individual be very detail-orientated and be able to clearly follow instructions. The process is repetitive, but very important for our business. There will be ongoing administrative work for the person that is the right fit for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collating and formatting data and adding it to an excel spreadsheet
- Downloading and reformatting wine images from various suppliers or competitor websites
- Formatting images in Canva
- Uploading CSV files into Shopify
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail
- Experience with image editing tools like Canva
- Familiarity with Shopify and content management systems
- Basic understanding of wines or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills to clarify wine details when necessary.
Note: As the data will be directly used for customer purchasing decisions, accuracy and consistency are critical. You must ensure that all the information and images are uploaded correctly and in a timely manner.
