Weekly Trucking Owner-Operator Spreadsheet

I require a succinct but comprehensive spreadsheet for my trucking company. It needs to present important data on a weekly basis.
The following aspects must be included:
- Expenses: I need a column where I can indicate my various weekly expenses owner operator. Examples include fuel, tolls, insurance and percentage the company deducts.
