* **The "Truth" Source:** Ensure every poker promotion for our target venues is created, accurate, and 100% up to date in the EV Poker Admin Panel.
* **Version Control:** Track monthly modifications (Deltas) to ensure historical data is accurate. If a venue changes a payout at 8:00 AM, it should be in our system by 9:00 AM.
#### **2. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA)**
* **Functionality Audit:** Daily verification that all platform functions are working, with a massive focus on **User Feedback loops** and reporting tools.
* **Funnel Integrity:** Regularly audit all 3 landing pages for bugs, broken links, and mobile responsiveness. If the waitlist button fails, you are the first to catch and report it.
* **Power User Testing:** Actively use the app to find friction points in the UI/UX and document them for the dev team.
#### **3. AI-Driven Lead Generation & Outreach**
* **Tool Selection:** Review and select the best AI tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Instantly) to automate discovery.
* **Segmentation:** Define and refine our target audience (Players vs. Venue Managers) and segment leads for high-conversion outreach.
* **Campaign Management:** Set up, monitor, and refine automated outreach sequences. You will manage the flow from "Unknown" to "Signed Up."
