EV Poker is seeking a high-level Virtual Assistant to lead the operational launch of our poker platform. We are moving into the Vegas market and need a "right-hand" operator to manage our community, handle outreach, and ensure product quality is flawless.
This is an ongoing, weekly-paid position for a proactive professional who can manage a digital ecosystem.
--- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ---
1. COMMUNITY & DISCORD MANAGEMENT
Moderate & Grow: Lead admin for the EV Poker Discord. Set up channels, manage roles, and engage users.
Onboarding: Ensure new players from Vegas rooms (Horseshoe, South Point, etc.) are welcomed.
2. LAUNCH COMMUNICATIONS & EMAIL
Infrastructure: Set up and manage professional email accounts (G-Suite/Outlook).
Outreach: Handle correspondence with players, partners, and early adopters.
Updates: Draft and send weekly "Promo Heat Maps" to our waitlist.
3. QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA)
Testing: Act as a "Power User" to find friction points in the mobile/web app.
Audits: Regularly check landing pages for bugs, broken links, and mobile responsiveness.
Admin Oversight: Monitor internal panels to ensure live poker data is reporting correctly.

Discord Native: Deep understanding of bots, permissions, and community management.
Operations Mindset: You anticipate needs before they are assigned.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable with CMS tools and project management software.
Reliability: This is a daily-touchpoint role with weekly deadlines.Poker Knowledge (Plus): Understanding of poker room promotions is a big advantage.
