Weekly Inbox Organization
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My inbox is overflowing and I need a reliable pair of hands to bring it back under control every week. The sole priority is email management—specifically organizing the inbox rather than replying to messages. Once a week you’ll log in, sort everything into the correct folders or labels, archive completed threads, flag anything that needs my direct input, and remove obvious spam or promotions.
I’ll share clear rules for what counts as Urgent, Awaiting Reply, or FYI, and provide secure delegated access. Familiarity with Gmail, Outlook, mail filters, simple spreadsheets, or tools like Zapier will help you streamline the workflow, though advanced automation isn’t required.
Deliverables each week:
• A neatly organized inbox with fewer than 20 messages left in the primary view.
• A brief summary highlighting flagged items and any messages still waiting on me.
• Suggestions for new filters or labels that could make the next clean-up faster.
After the weekly sort-out, there may be occasional light data entry or online research tasks, but only once the inbox is spotless. Consistency, confidentiality, and attention to detail will matter far more than years of experience—perfect for an entry-level VA eager to master professional email management.
