Weekend On-Site Excel Accountant

I need a reliable accountant who can be physically present in our office every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. We run a growing interior and construction firm, and keeping our numbers current over the weekend helps the project managers start each week with up-to-date figures.

Your core tool will be Microsoft Excel; all our ledgers, templates, and trackers are already structured there. During each shift you’ll post every income and expense voucher from the week, double-check supporting documents, and flag anything that looks unclear so we can resolve it before Monday.

By close of day Sunday you’ll generate the full set of management reports in our standard format. The company relies on both weekly snapshots and a consolidated month-end pack, so accuracy and consistency are critical.

Deliverables each weekend
• Income Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement
• Weekly operational summary (income-expense overview)
• Rolling cash tracker
• Project-wise P&L for every active site

Everything must tie back to source data and reconcile across tabs; I will review and sign off before you leave. If you are comfortable working exclusively in Excel, can keep clear audit trails, and are happy to spend weekends on-site, let’s talk.
