Website Data Entry Specialist

I'm in need of a dedicated data entry specialist to assist me with extracting and inputting various types of data from a website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extracting Text, Numbers, and Images: You'll be responsible for data entry of text, numbers, and images from the specified website.
- Ensuring Accuracy: It's crucial that all the entered data is accurate and error-free.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: The data you'll be handling is sensitive and confidential, so you must maintain the utmost confidentiality and security.
I am looking for a professional with:
- Proven Experience: Experience in data entry, especially extracting data from websites, is essential.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy is a must.
- Time Management: The ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Confidentiality: Understanding the importance of data security and confidentiality.
Delivery of the data should be in a spreadsheet format. Experience in similar projects and a strong work ethic are highly important for this project.
Specifically, data needs to be entered from a website regarding various patches that kids earn. There are several kinds of patches (Stars, Chips, Awards, and Honors). All the data comes from multiple pages on one website.

As you'll see, this is a page of "Star" patches (there are two pages of Stars). For each patch, you must click the link and record the following:
1. Type of patch (Star, Chip, Award, or Honor)
2. Name of badge
3. Item number of badge (found in the drop-down menu; sometimes it's labeled "Variation")
4. Pics of patch. For each patch, you need two jpg's: the smaller one from the main page, and the larger one from the individual patch's page. The larger one should be saved with file name "<item number>.jpg". The smaller one should be saved with file name "<item number>-small.jpg".
For example, for the first patch on the above link, "ABC's", the spreadsheet should show the following:
Type: Star
Name: ABC's
Item Number: 009200
Then there should be two jpg's: 009200.jpg and 009200-small.jpg
You ONLY need data for the individual patches. You do not need data for the pdf's that are for sale or for the collection of patches that are for sale (eg, "Little Lamb Patches Complete Set").
At the left of that page, you'll see links for "Chips" and "Awards". Repeat the above process for each of these.

For "Honors", please see the attached pdf. It may be easier to get the Name and Item Number from the pdf, then get the jpg's from the website. (In the pdf, the list of honors starts on page 4.) One additional piece of data is required for each honor that wasn't required for the Stars, Chips, and Awards: Whether or not there is an Advanced Level. So one more column is necessary in the spreadsheet, called "Advanced". On the individual honor's page, under "Description", some say "Advanced Level?: Yes". For each honor that indicates there is an Advanced Level, simply put an "x" in that column.
