Webshop article management advise

Hello, i try to import some products from different Manufacturer in my Webshop.
The Problem is that each product/Manufactuer have different atributes and i need an webshop article expert who can advise me.

I Work with Wordpress and WooComerce

so i need an advise how we should handle our webshop with our Articles
