Web application development

I am looking for someone to develop a web-application for me: - Own profile with login for users - There are four fields in the dashboard:
1. personal profile (this is where the results are visualised)
2. test page (where a questionnaire for entering visualisations and texts is created)
3. chatbots (where a chatbot overlay for ChatGPT is developed and ChatGPT is integrated or connected)
4. reading corner (where all documents suggested by the chatbot are stored). The infrastructure should be set up in Germany in compliance with GDPR.

The data must be VERY secure, as it is generated in an educational context. The data will be stored anynomyzed.
The results are displayed for the analysts in a dashboard:
- True/false answers (automatic evaluation)
- Text responses (criteria-based evaluation with the help of ChatGPT)
- Image responses (criteria-based evaluation with the help of ChatGPT).

The application, the front end and the back end should be developed in the most common languages, which can be connected most easily via interfaces.

The website content will be in German and English.
Smooth communication in German is favoured.
