I'm looking for a Freelancer to help me with my weather project. I need someone to obtain weather information for Seattle. Specifically, I need hourly forecasts. The weather information is intended for personal planning.
The freelancer should be able to provide current and accurate weather information for Seattle through either web scraping or subscription to a weather service. They should also be able to provide the data in easily read formats like JSON or CSV.
The deliverables should include the raw weather information, as well as data visualizations to help me interpret and understand the weather data.
