Wanted to build a CRM for our business strategies and administration in Eastern Asia

I want to streamline our business processes from the eastern part of Asia we need a freelancer from eastern Asia that can handle businesses scheduling,major administrative jobs and also has talent in content planning and composition. following up with the leads, followup and automate the reminders about the demo and streamline the payment process. We mainly need person from Eastern Asia to use Google Sheets to use this process. so i am looking for some one who is expert in this and who can provide a solution for this at the earliest
