Want to upload a PDF on two websites (Public websites) - 100$ per website 200$ for both

hi, i want to upload a pdf on those two websites (i dont have admin accces to the websites, those are public websites i found on google)

JUST UPLOAD A RANDOM PDF AND SHOW ME

Again those are public websites i dont have any access i just found the uploaded pdf on google and i wanna do the same thing (upload my pdfs)
