Virtual assistant for crm

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with my CRM. The main task will be following up leads and setting consultation appointments. I have a particular CRM platform that I prefer, which is LeadConnector. I need no more than 10 hours of help per week. The right candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Familiarity with my preferred CRM lplatform is a plus.
