Virtual Assistant for eBay Pokémon Card Listings
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help list Pokémon cards for sale on eBay. The job involves using eBay’s “Sell Similar” feature, uploading photos, applying pre-made descriptions, and setting prices based on eBay’s median sale price.
? No Pokémon knowledge is required, but experience listing on eBay is a must!
✅ Job Responsibilities:
• Use Google Image Search to find existing eBay listings for the same card.
• Click “Sell Similar” and update the listing using my scanned photos.
• Use a pre-made description template for each listing.
• Set pricing using eBay’s suggested median sold price (or check recent sales).
• Offer free shipping for items under $20 (adjust if over $20).
• Log all listings in a Google Sheet (I will provide a tracking template).
• Save listings as drafts for review OR post directly once trained.
? Ideal Candidate Should Have:
✅ Experience listing items on eBay (must provide examples of previous listings).
✅ Basic understanding of Google Sheets (for tracking listings).
✅ Strong attention to detail (no mistakes in pricing or categories).
✅ Good English skills (for clear descriptions).
✅ Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.
? Bonus (Not Required): If you are familiar with Pokémon cards or TCGs, that’s a plus but not necessary.
