Virtual Assistant for Streetwear Brand Lead Generation
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant (VA) to source and qualify leads for streetwear clothing brands with Instagram followings in the range of 5K-100K range. The ideal candidate will utilize various tools and manual research methods to compile a targeted list of potential clients and meticulously track all of the leads in a Google Spreadsheet that we share with them. This is a remote, part-time position with an expected commitment to 5-10 hours a week starting (hours may increase based on performance and business needs). Compensation will be set between $4-$6 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research & Sourcing
- Identify streetwear clothing brands on Instagram that meet the criteria (5k-150k followers) and exhibit authentic brand aesthetics and engagement
- Utilize Instagram search functions, hashtags, competitor pages, and niche directories to compile a comprehensive list of potential leads
- Filter out non-qualifying leads such as manufacturers, graphic designers, or spam accounts.
2. Data Entry & Management
- Input and maintain detailed information in a Google Spreadsheet, including Brand Name, Instagram Handle, Follower Count, Contact Email/Phone (if available), Website URL, and Twitter (if available)
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
- Ensure no duplicates
3. Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the agency team to refine lead qualification criteria and suggest improvements to the research process
- Provide regular status updates on lead generation progress via weekly reports
- Flag potential high-value leads for follow up by the agency's outreach team
4. Tool utilization
- Use available research tools (eg. Instagram scraping tools, keyword searches) efficiently while adhering to Instagram's guidelines and ethical practices
- Be open to learning new tools or methiodides as recommended by the agency
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Prior experience as Virtual Assistant or in lead generation/research is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram is a must
- Experience working in the fashion, streetwear, or e-commerce industries is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent research skills and the ability to quickly identify relevant data
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets; basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good written communication skills in English
- Self motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Work Ethic:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and responsive; must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently
Technical Requirements:
- A stable internet connection and computer capable of running basic software
- Availability for remote work
