Virtual Assistant for Job Applications (LinkedIn & Indeed Only) – EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY - 23/03/2026 20:41 EDT
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I am looking for a highly experienced Virtual Assistant who has previously handled job application submissions on LinkedIn and Indeed. Your primary responsibility will be to apply to relevant Technology sector jobs on my behalf using tailored resumes and cover letters.
Important: This role is ONLY for candidates with proven experience in submitting job applications for clients. If you do not have direct experience with this task, please do not apply.
Responsibilities:
* Search for relevant Technology sector roles (full-time and part-time only)
* Submit daily job applications on LinkedIn and Indeed only (no other platforms)
* Customize my resume and cover letter for each application
* Answer any screening questions required by the platform
* Ensure each application is tailored and not generic
* Track and manage all submitted applications
* Send follow-ups when the platform allows
Accuracy, consistency, and speed are very important. I expect a steady flow of well-targeted applications submitted every day.
Deliverables:
1. Daily Google Sheets Tracker including:
* Job Title
* Company Name
* Platform (LinkedIn / Indeed)
* Job Posting Link
* Date Applied
* Application Status
* Follow-up Date / Notes
2. Weekly Summary Report including:
* Applications submitted during the week
* Recruiter responses or messages received
* Interview invitations
* Any actions that require my attention
Requirements:
* Proven experience applying to jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to tailor resumes and cover letters
* Organized and reliable reporting
* Fluent written English
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (APPLICATIONS WITHOUT THIS WILL BE IGNORED):
You must include previous work samples showing that you have done similar job application work for clients, such as:
* Example job application tracking sheets
* Screenshots of applications submitted
* Sample reports or summaries you provided to previous clients
* Any relevant Freelancer/Upwork project references
