Virtual Assistant for Insurance Data Entry

I'm in need of a virtual assistant who will be primarily responsible for data entry. The data involved is personal information, which will be used for insurance quoting purposes. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, as accuracy with data input is crucial. They should also have previous experience in data entry and a good understanding of handling sensitive information. The data will be input into a web-based system, which will be provided, so technological proficiency is a must. While prior knowledge in insurance quoting and customer support is not necessary, it would be a desired, added advantage. Some data will be pulled from specific website. Occassionally the data may be in Chinse so Chinese language skill will be a big plus.
Your skill set should include:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Technological proficiency
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
- Web search skills
- Chinese language skill is not required but a big plus
There will be projects coming in every day. Each project will take 20-50 minutes to finish for those exprienced. We will provide basic data and websites to pull additional data for VA to input into specific system to generate quote.
Training will also be provided. As a pilot project, we are allocating 10 hours so we can find the right people.
The job will be stress free as it is repetitive for all future projects after the initial learning curve. That's why we want to find the right person and work together for long time.
