Our Melbourne-based team at BrandBuilders.au is on the hunt for a stellar Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. This is a full-time, work-from-home position, which offers a base salary plus equity in our growing business.
As a Virtual Assistant, your primary role will be in customer service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so your communication skills need to be top-notch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service and support: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills: You should be able to convey information clearly and professionally.

This position does not require familiarity with specific tools or software. However, being tech-savvy and open to learning new platforms will be beneficial.
The role requires working fixed hours. The virtual assistant should have flexible hours but should overlap with Melbourne time for at least 4 hours daily.
