Virtual Assistant comfortable with Squarespace Content Management

I have some web research and content to upload to a Squarespace website that is already setup.
The website is a simple directory of businesses on Lord Howe Island, Australia. I have setup the site to work such that each business is a 'post' within a blog.
The first task is to use a list of websites & business names I provide to gather extra business information and add it to a Google Sheet. The second task is to upload, one by one, the businesses individual information to their individual post in the method I have configured already.
The job should take 2 hours if you have the following:
- High speed internet
- Fast with web browsing
- Squarespace competent
- Organised
If we work well together, I will have plenty more work where that came from.
I am looking to work on this for the next 6 hours and would like someone to start immediately.
