Virtual Assistant to Post ~300 eBay Listings (Detailed, Follows Instructions, Understands Spoken English)
Budget: $10 – $140 USD
I’m looking to hire a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help post approximately 300 listings in my eBay shop. The ideal freelancer must be able to understand spoken English on video, follow instructions carefully, and work efficiently.
Most items are clothing and shoes, with a few small electronics. All item photos are already organized in a shared Google Photos folder that I will provide.
Your Tasks Will Include:
• Find a stock image to use as the main image whenever possible. If none can be found, use the best image from the provided photos.
• Use ChatGPT to generate the item description.
• Use ChatGPT to estimate the size and weight of the package for shipping.
• Use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping whenever possible. No free shipping — use calculated shipping only.
• Ensure all photos are facing the correct orientation before uploading.
• Remove any photo where my hands are visible.
• For clothing items: Some photos include ruler measurements. Please include these measurements (in inches) in the listing description.
• For pricing: Search the item in eBay sold listings and price it at the amount of the most recent sold item.
Compensation:
I am paying $0.40 USD per completed listing.
I currently have ~300 items ready and may have additional items after this project.
