Looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage outreach and research for a snack vending machine placement business. Tasks include researching high-traffic locations, gathering contact information, managing email and LinkedIn outreach, and following up with leads. The successful candidate should have experience in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Research potential locations with high foot traffic (e.g., offices, gyms, hotels)
• Gather contact information for executives or facility managers
• Send out outreach emails and LinkedIn messages using provided templates
• Schedule follow-ups and track all leads in a simple Google Sheets file
• Provide weekly updates on outreach progress and response interactions
Requirements:
• Experience in lead generation or outreach
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of CRM tools (optional)
