Virtual Assistant: Data Entry, Research, Admin Task Management

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with admin task management. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling various administrative tasks and possess excellent organizational skills. The goal of this project is to build a long-term relationship where pay will rise overtime. The last I have to do to support your activities the more you keep!!
My business helps adult content creators market on other platforms
Tasks:
- Miscellaneous data entry for first steps of industry research
- Conducting research and compiling information as needed
- Scheduling appointments, following up prior to meetings, managing calendars
- Looking for someone who I can talk to you on discord with who can support my efforts to build out a social media marketing agency!! I will pay you whenever we chat.
Longer term tasks:
- Organizing and managing files, documents, and databases daily across multiple creators
- Posting content to Social platforms from a drive with instructions
- Community engagement (Learn info about customers for us to customize content around)
- Handling basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Assisting with email management and correspondence
Availability:
I require approximately 10-20 hours of assistance per week. The schedule can be flexible, but I would prefer consistent hours for availability and responsiveness.
Communication:
I prefer to communicate via discord, video call for task assignment and text for updates. Regular check-ins and updates are important to ensure effective task management and timely completion.
- I need someone with a microphone. A camera is less important.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to upskill and learn new basic social media management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and research tasks
