I’m seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support me across various tasks. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing my social media accounts and overseeing my POS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Regular posting on Facebook and Instagram, engaging with followers, and helping to grow my online presence.
- Content Creation: Assisting with the production of diverse content types including graphics and images, written content, and videos.
- POS Management: Aiding with inventory management, price management and sales reporting.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience with content creation, particularly graphics and images, written content, and videos.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly in relation to inventory management and sales reporting.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
