Project Overview
I am looking for a data research expert to build a clean, highly accurate list of 10,000 distinct companies located in the United States. The final dataset must be thoroughly cross-verified to ensure zero data decay and exact alignment with our target personas.
Required Data Points (Per Record)
For every company entry, you must populate the following columns with zero blanks:
1. Company Name
2. Senior Executive Full Name: (Restricted strictly to: CEO, President, Vice President, CFO, or Controller)
3. Senior Executive Title: Exactly as it appears on their public professional profile.
4. Accounts Receivable Email: A verified, role-specific email address belonging to the Accounts Receivable function (could be Credit Manager, Credit Analyst, Accounts Receivable Analyst or Clerk, Billing Manager, Administrator, Coordinator, or Collection Specialist).
5. Accounts Receivable Contact Name: The full name of the specific individual managing the AR/Credit function
Note: There will be 10,000 records
Data Verification & Quality Standards
Target Parameters: All sectors especially manufacturing. Company size is open (accepting SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise), provided they meet the location and role criteria.
Cross-Verification Process: Every record must be cross-referenced using Apollo.io and validated against Google Maps/Google Street View to ensure physical operations are active in the target regions.
Email Quality: Data hygiene is critical. All Accounts Receivable emails must go through a verification tool (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce) to guarantee they are current, active, and role-specific.
Deliverable Format
A single, flawlessly structured CSV file.
Dedicated, distinct columns for each of the 5 requested data points.
Zero blank cells across the entire 10,000-record delivery.
Note: I will be performing random spot-checks against zoominfo/apollo and public registries upon delivery to verify accuracy before finalizing the milestone.
