Venue research for Athens Hotels (can be done remotely, don't need to be in Greece)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking an event manager to contact various hotels in Athens to assess their suitability for corporate events.
I will; provide the hotel brief and the list of hotels to contact.
I need the appointed person to send the brief to the hotels and request a proposal. The information received on the proposal will then need to go into a PPT document. I will share that PPT template with you.
The email will need to be sent from our company email address (I will give you access) and I will need to be cc'd for visibility and so I can track progress.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in event management, specifically for corporate events.
- Strong research skills to gather comprehensive and relevant information.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with hotel representatives.
