User Experience Enhancement Project
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My primary objective is to elevate the overall user experience of an existing digital product. The exact platform is still flexible—website, mobile, or desktop can all be explored once an initial assessment clarifies where the greatest gains lie.
The assignment starts with a thorough UX audit: analytics review, heuristic evaluation, and short stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points. From there, I expect clear, actionable recommendations supported by wireframes or interactive prototypes that illustrate how the revised journey will feel. High-fidelity mock-ups should follow once the core flow is approved.
Deliverables
• UX audit report highlighting current friction points
• Low- to mid-fidelity wireframes or prototype demonstrating proposed improvements
• High-fidelity screens ready for hand-off to development, complete with style guide snippets
Acceptance criteria
• Navigation steps reduced or consolidated where possible
• Consistent visual hierarchy enhancing readability and task completion
• Prototype validated by at least one round of user testing with measurable gains in task success or satisfaction scores
Relevant tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar are welcome; the focus is on clarity of the design rationale and the tangible uplift in usability they produce.
