Use Google Gemini or any tool to extract business information from screenshots

Hi,
I need someone to extract business information off screenshots. There are about 5000 screenshots that need business information.
The instructions are:
1. Upload the image to google Gemini.
2. Tell Gemini what you want to retrieve. You need the business name, address, phone number, opening hours (starting Monday), business category, average rating and number of reviews. (I can provide the actual instructions).
3. You also need to tell Gemini the format. I have been putting the data in csv format but if you can get Gemini to do a spreadsheet then that’s okay.
4. If applicable, put the csv text into a word document.
5. Repeat.
You are welcome to use any AI tool but I’ve been using google Gemini.
Depending on internet speed, each retrieval takes about 5 seconds.
I will provide a video of how I am doing this task.
