Urgent manually Webshop Data Transfer

We have a Restaurant Webshop for Table reservations and Take-Away food.
For this we use the component VikRestaurants from e4j.
Please copy manually from one site to the other all data and items and pics.
Don't copy the database!!!!! We need it manually!!!
