Urgent MySQL Data Entry

I have a backlog of information sitting in paper and scanned documents that must be keyed directly into my live MySQL database. The job is straightforward but time-sensitive: open the document repository I’ll share, read each record, and populate the corresponding fields in the existing tables. Accuracy is more important than speed, yet I need rapid turnaround because the data drives daily operations.

You’ll work inside phpMyAdmin (or another client you prefer) using the structure already in place—no schema changes are required. I will provide:

• database credentials and table descriptions
• a small starter batch so you can confirm field mapping
• simple validation rules for dates, numeric ranges, and required columns

Once you’re comfortable, I expect continuous progress updates and a final log of the rows inserted so I can run spot checks.

Deliverable: all records from the supplied documents entered correctly into MySQL, accompanied by the insertion log.
