Uploading products to woocommerce with variations then exporting and creating amazon and google shopping accounts with products

Uploading a list of products with their variations to a woocommerce based site, also upload these products to amazon.co.uk, around 28 products in total, but many have up to around 10 variations each. Descriptions and all details are present in an excel or csv format. Google shopping setup also required. Also file has been split into easy to separate main product and variation sheets with same sku for ease of upload. The sheet is pretty self explanatory about what goes where see here:
