Upload Videos from Google Drive to YouTube (with Filtering and Deduplication)

Project Description:
I need assistance uploading videos from my Google Drive to my YouTube channel (same account). The process should include the following requirements:
Upload only selected content:
Give priority to family videos and soccer/football videos.
Do not upload any other types of videos.
Avoid duplicates:
Before uploading, ensure that no duplicate videos are added to my YouTube channel (check against existing content in "My Videos").
Organization:
Properly title and categorize the videos on YouTube (at least by “Family” or “Football”).
Keep privacy settings as Unlisted by default (I will later adjust them).
Skills Required:
Experience with Google Drive and YouTube Studio.
Ability to manage bulk video uploads while avoiding duplicates.
Attention to detail in filtering and organizing videos.
Deliverable:
All family and football-related videos from Drive uploaded to my YouTube account.
No duplicates.
Properly organized playlists or categories.
