Upload Products from Wordpress to Shopify

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me upload products from my Wordpress website to Shopify by automation.
The project involves the following:
- Uploading a total of 100-500 products from Wordpress to Shopify.
- Transferring product descriptions,country wise currency , seo tags , images and everything to Shopify store.
- The product details do not require any editing or updating during the transfer.
