Update google sheet with 2022 unicode blocks from Wikipedia table: Test included

We have a google sheet that needs to be updated from recent changes in a Wikipedia table.

You must understand how to do Hex2Dec() function or another way to convert hexadecimal numbers to decimal numbers. Our sheet has a very specific format. You need to update any new Unicode block and then update the from/to numbers on either side of the row.
There are 320 rows of data on this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unicode_block
95% of rows have not changed. Your job is to compare and edit when rows are updated.
Code points, assigned characters and "scripts" text needs to be copies when new blocks are found
To show that you know how to do this, as the first words in your bid, put the decimal equivalent to Hex 0x1018F and also what Unicode block it is from.
We will pay $100 for this project, then we will add $25 bonus if the deliverable is 100% accurate the first time. If you don't follow instructions, we will ignore your bid.
