USB Memory Blocker

Hello, I need a software solution that allows me to block the USB, to prevent it from being formatted, or its content modified. Basically what I want is that the content that I record in the USB memory, be permanent, not allowing to add, delete or modify its files inside. Same mechanism as if it were a conventionally recorded CD.
